Customer trust and satisfaction are our main objectives – the reasons why our returning clients continue to place their trust in our expertise and work ethics.

My past experience and knowledge have helped to generate customer satisfaction. Read their references below.

I started working with Aiesha Bonneau in 1992 at Mizuho Corporate Bank (ex-Fuji Bank) in Paris in my capacity as Head Auditor of the Bank. I have known her for the past 25 years. During her 15 years of work in this large Japanese bank, Aiesha has held positions of responsibility as Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Officer in charge of HR and Office Manager; she was in charge of managing the premises, the administrative budget and general expenses, as well as being the Bank’s representative to the French Banking Association.

She also carried out translations and letter/report writing in English and in French. She regularly intervened as Presenter in the Bank’s monthly video news which was broadcasted within the Bank’s global network (including branches and affiliates) and wherein she presented Paris Branch’s position and performances.

In my opinion, her rapid comprehension and precision in both English and French made her an essential element of this organisation. In regard to the high quality of work that was required by the Japanese management, I can without hesitation say that her work was beyond reproach and undisputed, in addition to her rigour and integrity.

We employed Mme Aiesha Bonneau of Bonneau Services to oversee the renovation of an 18th century townhouse. The work involved a loft conversion, complete rewiring, new plumbing and the installation of a new staircase. Mme Bonneau was extremely helpful throughout the whole renovation programme. She found high quality tradesmen to carry out the work for us, translated all quotes and associated documentation and provided us with feedback, on a weekly basis, as work progressed.

As well as acting as Project Manager and Coordinator, Mme. Bonneau has also dealt with utility companies, the local council and the planning authorities on our behalf.
